At the recent OSA AGM, St. Lawrence United Soccer Club was honoured by being awarded the OSA Bronze Club Excellence Award. Paul Dobson, our Executive Director was on hand to receive the award on behalf of the club from Matthew Greenwood OSA Club Excellence Manager.
The OSA Club Excellence award is a program funded by Ontario Trillium Foundation and sets a series of standards for local soccer clubs to strive for and attain in the pursuit of excellence from the administration side of the house as well as the coaching and technical side. It just goes to show, if we all work together for a common goal, great things can be achieved in a short time.
Congratulations to the Board, the coaching staff, the team mangers and the volunteer parents who helped us achieve the Bronze Award.
We look forward to pushing forward in hopes of reaching Silver status prior to the next AGM.
